Project Description

Curriculum Development

Over the years, I’ve assisted RTO/CRICOS colleges and higher education institutions with their curriculum design and development incorporating effective programming and planning of curriculum parameters in order to ensure quality teaching across all key learning areas. In doing so, I’ve consistently delivered learner-centred curriculums that best address all internal and external factors in close alignment with current industry practices. In each project, I’d always welcomed the challenge of determining the most suitable assessment and evaluation procedures, selecting and developing user-friendly learner resources, designing programs in line with organisational goals and expected outcomes, and undertaking training needs analysis for various learning and teaching situations. One of the best aspects of curriculum development – in my eye – has been working with subject matter experts (SMEs) from diverse backgrounds; diving into the sea of knowledge with each SME has not only taught me something new in each endeavour, but has also greatly enlarged my vision towards the world of education.

Below is a snapshot of the qualifications that I’ve finely crafted in VET, as well as the cutting-edge unit outlines I developed for the HigherEd sectors. Please note that due to the vast number of units that I’ve worked in the VET sector, I am only showcasing their parent qualifications. Please contact me if you wish to have a conversation about these individual units.
